Hello. I’m sort of new to this forum, have been posting away like an uninvited party guest. I’m very grateful for this app and the people here. My post: Someone had a question about loss of conditioning. I’ve been in and out of this too and wanted to say just keep trying and try not be be freaked out. All we can domis try at the various ways we try tomlive with MS. I used to be very fit, that’s no longer possible somInjust keep trying to move when I can even if it’s stretching, it all matters. Cheers to folks here, I’m glad to be among you. Very glad to read all these voices.
